I heard yogurt.eating it. It is supposed to change the bacteria in the vagina. Try both. Let us know.

i DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOGURT, BUT USE SUMMER’S EVES WiPES AND POWDER, PLUS GET A VAGiNAL ANTiFUNGAL CREAM. USE ALL THREE 1x A DAY. BATHE WiTH 10 TABLESPOONS OF BAKiNG SODA iN THE WATER.

IVE HEARD OF JUST EATING IT.. I DONT LIKE YOGURT SO. IV HEARD OF THIS ONE PILL AND ITS REALY GOOD IT WORKS IN 1-2DAYS…..
